If you have a seed phrase backup of your blockchain wallet you can import it to Electrum and move your funds to your new wallet.Make sure to move your funds to your wallet that you know is safe like Electrum cold storage. Take note Electrum also supports Linux OS and it is safer than Windows OS but both OS should be safe just make sure never connect your PC online.
